Connect Personnel Timesheets was developed for Connect Personnel in order to bring their formerly paper based method of timesheet processing online. Using a mix of technologies such as PHP, Javascript and CSS, and powered by a MySQL database backend, Connect Personnel saves countless hours and of course the environment by minimizing usage of paper based timesheets.

They are now also able to manage their innovative "Connect Rewards" program that rewards their contractors and clients for using Connect's services.

Some of its impressive features are that timesheets are able to be downloaded in Adobe PDF format for printing and distribution, and that clients and contractors are notified via email upon certain events (such as timesheet approval/rejection).

Before we redesigned their website, the Newcastle Kart Racing Club had a website designed using an old web design package that had been discontinued by its developer. As it was using an old-fasioned design, it did not reflect the clubs image as one of the biggest and best (and more importantly in the sport of Karting, fastest) clubs in Australia.

We set out to create a website that was attractive, portrayed a great image of the sport of Karting and the club, and was easy and quick to maintain.

Using web technologies such as PHP, XHTML, CSS and Flash, Laguna was able to provide the club with an extremely cost effective website that met all of their requirements.

The CAS Safety Recruitment website was designed to be mainly cost effective. As the company was just starting, it was crucial for the website to be up and running in the shortest amount of time. However, Laguna still produced a great quality, database driven website that allowed CAS Safety recruitment to launch off the ground and into the offices of many businesses looking for Safety Professionals.

The CAS Safety Recruitment website uses PHP and MySQL to manage the job board and the process of jobseekers submitting their resume.

DylanLindgren.com is the website/blog of Laguna Designs founder Dylan Lindgren. On the blog he discusses his hobbies and general topics of interest to him, such as Karting and Motorsport, Electronic Music and IT.

The website was created by using a blog package called WordPress and through DylanLindgren.com he is able to gain experience of using blog software, which he can directly pass on to Laguna clients who wish to use this package as well.
