We are web design agency based in Newcastle, Australia, with a strong focus on delivering quality websites that give our clients value for money. We have a healthy history of providing aesthetically appealing, standards based, accessible, secure and user friendly websites at affordable prices.
We were founded by Dylan Lindgren in Feburary 2007. After 10+ years designing websites (both for professional clients and as a hobby), he wanted to turn this hobby creating websites into something that both he and potential clients could benefit from.
Because of our history, you can be sure that you are entrusting your website in capable hands. We use in-house project managers to help with managing the web design process, which, like any projects can be susceptible to flaws such as feature creep and scope change which ultimately result in the project finishing overtime and/or over budget. Project Management, in reference to web design, is a process of bedding down the requirements of the website by consulting with all stakeholders, effectively planning and managing both the budget and scheduling, and managing scope.
Among the many problems that clients of other agencies have is that they receive a website that is 'static', that is, all the content of the website (e.g. company contact details) is written into the code, and therefore needs a professional to update. One of our strengths is our ability to provide 'dynamic' websites, where the content is pulled from a database and is updateable by an easy-to-manage web interface. This allows authorised personnel to update information on the website without it being necessary to call in a (costly) professional.
